This is the CDD Ciutat fig—an outstanding variety from the Coll de Dama line, known for its rich, jammy berry flavor and intense sweetness. Grown from a strong, established mother tree in Zone 7a, this variety ripens late and performs surprisingly well in cooler zones. It’s a reliable grower with tight eye closure, great splitting resistance, and exceptional flavor that holds up even in humid conditions.
 
Cuttings are taken from dormant wood, sterilized, and include 3 or more nodes. Most are cigar thickness thick like the ones shown in the photo, with some slightly larger or smaller. If we include a thinner cutting, we usually toss in an extra. All cuttings are shipped wrapped and sealed in parafilm.
