We take pride in offering high-quality plants and gardening products.
Due to the nature of live plants, natural variations, and the impact of shipping, we have established the following Return Policy.
Return Eligibility & Reporting Timeframe:
Customers must report any issues within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.All return requests must include clear photos of the item(s) and a description of the issue.Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns on plants that have been removed from their original containers, repotted, or left unattended beyond the 2-day reporting window.

Live Plant Policy – Imperfections & Variability:
Live plants naturally vary in color, size, and shape—this is not considered a defect.Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as slight leaf bruising or minor wilting upon arrival) are normal and do not qualify for a refund. Most plants recover with proper care after shipping. If a plant arrives severely damaged, diseased, or dead on arrival, we will issue a replacement or refund after reviewing submitted photos.

Non-Plant Products & General Returns:
Non-plant items (such as tools, garden accessories, and soil amendments) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
Live plants beyond the 2-day reporting period.Items damaged due to improper care after delivery.Sale & clearance items (final sale).
Refund & Replacement Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.If a replacement is preferred, we will ship a new item (subject to stock availability).In some cases, we may request the return of damaged non-plant items before issuing a refund.

Include your order shopping platform, order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Wait for a response from our team within 48 hours with next steps.
